Cookie and Local Storage Notice

BlackReach uses cookies or similar device storage that are necessary to authenticate users, protect sessions, route requests and remember requested interface state. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking on the BlackReach application.

• Clerk authentication: session and security cookies, including names such as __session and related Clerk state. Exact names and duration can vary with authentication configuration.
• Stripe: fraud-prevention and checkout storage when you deliberately open Stripe-hosted checkout or the billing portal.
• BlackReach interface storage: local browser storage for appearance, navigation and accessibility choices requested by the user.
• Security and request integrity: short-lived state needed to prevent forgery, abuse or broken sign-in flows.

These technologies are not used to build advertising profiles. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or requested product functions.

BlackReach produces limited, server-side statistics about broad product areas used. This does not add an analytics cookie, retain an account-level browsing journey, or record page addresses, searches, tender text, IP addresses or device details for analytics. A rotating pseudonymous input is retained for no more than 48 hours only to calculate daily participant totals, after which only workspace-level aggregates remain. You can object at any time under Settings → Privacy and data.

BlackReach will not activate non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking cookies without updating this notice and obtaining any consent required by UK law. A consent control will make refusal as easy as acceptance and allow later withdrawal.

Browser settings can remove or block storage, although essential functionality may stop working. For questions, contact privacy@blackreach.co.
